The boarding house is located in Velka Upa, about 3 km from the centre of Pec pod Snezkou, near the arterial road. Lodging is in two 4-bed rooms and two 5-bed rooms, which may partition on 2 + 3 beds. There are rooms on first and second floor, shared bathroom and toilets. The region offers a god conditions for downhill skiing. The nearest ski slope is in Velka Upa - 800 m away from the boarding house is a downhill slope in Portasky. Uphill it can be to use a chair lift.
